     ·   OUR PROJECTS    ·

Yn wreiddiol, dechreuodd CARE ar ymgais i godi tyrbin ger Llanfyrnach yng Ngogledd Sir Benfro. Ers hynny mae ein Cymdeithas Buddiannau Cymunedol wedi tyfu.Mae CARE bellach yn cynnwys wyth prosiect. Mae gan bob prosiect werthoedd tebyg - ein nod yw cryfhau i'r gymuned leol tra'n ystyried yr amgylchedd.

Darllenwch isod am yr hyn y mae pob prosiect yn canolbwyntio ar ei gyflawni. Rydym bob amser yn edrych i gydweithio, yn enwedig gyda phobl leol. Peidiwch â bod yn swil i estyn allan os ydych yn meddwl y gallem weithio gyda'n gilydd naill ai i ddatblygu prosiectau cyfredol neu gyda syniadau newydd a allai fod yn berthnasol.

Mae ein holl brosiectau yn cael eu cefnogi gan wirfoddolwyr, gall gwirfoddoli fod yn ffordd hwyliog iawn o gwrdd â phobl newydd tra'n diwallu anghenion eich cymuned. Cymerwch olwg ar gyfleoedd gwirfoddoli i weld beth allai fod o ddiddordeb i chi!

LAND-BASED PROJECTS

land projects

Hwb Dysgu'r Tir is a space where people can learn new skills in sustainable land management, food production and nature recovery. It’s a great spot for running workshops and sharing knowledge, with a demo site to explore and get hands-on experience. The community garden is perfect for bringing everyone together to connect, grow, and collaborate on land-based projects.

Unlocking the benefits of North Pembrokeshire's woodlands, CoedUNO connects local communities with the region’s ancient forests. The project offers hands-on learning and skill-building in sustainable woodland management, conservation, and biodiversity. With workshops and training, CoedUNO ensures that woodlands provide lasting environmental and community benefits.

Nyfer Am Byth unites locals to protect the River Nevern, focusing on water quality, invasive species, and biodiversity. With its unique wildlife and potential to reverse environmental decline, the project is creating a community catchment management plan to ensure a healthier river for the future.

The Heathland Social Enterprise aims to support the management of heathland, common land and farms to protect and increase ecological value while utilising bracken and gorse as a resource to produce solid fuel briquettes.

Ein Coed lets people across Pembrokeshire share fruit and nut trees, like a book swap, making it easy for everyone to access a variety of trees suited to our climate. It’s a simple, free way to grow more local fruit and build a community of tree lovers. By sharing cuttings and seeds, we’re helping build resilience for a changing climate while fostering trust and cooperation.

COMMUNITY PROJECTS

Y Stiwdio is a creative space where wellies are always welcome, a place to make, learn, and grow. A stunning eco-build made from recycled and natural materials, packed with clever energy-saving tech. The only CARE project with its own building, it’s a peaceful hub for hands-on creativity.

Since 2021, we’ve been taking our apple juicing kit on tour to community spaces across Pembrokeshire. We’ve got a full industrial setup that you can borrow and take home, perfect for turning your apples into delicious fresh juice!

Our community meals have brought people together through local feasts and a community freezer. Always with the value of using local produce as much as possible and brining people together. We’re currently pausing the project while we explore ways to bring it back. Watch this space!
