Hermon Warm Rooms

Received £200 in February 2025

The Hermon Warm Room initiative in Pembrokeshire provides a warm, welcoming space and a hot meal every second Wednesday at lunchtime. Originally launched in 2022 with funding from "Keep Warm Keep Well," it now operates with support from the PAVS Warm Room Grant. Run by volunteers and led by Lynda Barnes and Bev Morris, the project primarily serves pensioners living alone, offering not just meals but also a sense of community. Attendees pay £7 for a main meal and pudding.

Cwmni Bro Preseli

Received £200 in March 2025

Cwmni Bro Preseli is a community enterprise. It focuses on promoting local culture, arts, and community engagement through various initiatives and events. One of its notable projects is Cwmni Theatr Bro'r Preseli, a theatre company that produces Welsh-language plays and performances, contributing to the preservation and celebration of Welsh heritage.

Crymych FC U10

Received £200 in October 2024

Crymych FC's Under-10 team is a youth football squad based in Crymych. The team provides young players with opportunities to develop their football skills and participate in local matches.

Gwyl Fel Na Mai

Received £200 in December 2024

Gŵyl Fel 'Na Mai is a lively Welsh-language music festival that takes place every year in Crymych. The 2025 festival is set for May 3rd at the Frenni Transport site in Parc Gwynfryn. Expect a fantastic lineup, including performances from Dafydd Iwan, HMS Morris, and Al Lewis, with plenty more to be announced! There's also on-site camping and space for campervans, so you can make a weekend of it.

Bwlch Y Groes Hall Bingo

Bwlch Y Groes Hall Bingo is a popular local event that brings the community together for a fun and social evening. Held regularly at the village hall, the bingo sessions are the perfect place for people to enjoy a game, catch up with neighbours, and build community connections.

Tegryn Welfare Committee

Received £200 in September 2024

The Tegryn Welfare Committee is a local group dedicated to supporting the well-being of the Tegryn community. The committee organises various events and initiatives including social gatherings and fundraising.

Clwb Rygbi Crymych

Received £200 in August 2024

Clwb Rygbi Crymych is a Welsh rugby club based in Crymych, Pembrokeshire. Known for its strong community spirit and dedication to developing local talent, the club competes in the WRU leagues and has a thriving youth setup. It plays a key role in promoting rugby in West Wales, fostering both competitive success and a deep love for the sport.

Clwb Hoci Emlyn

Received £200 in ....

Clwb Hoci Emlyn is a field hockey club based in Newcastle Emlyn, West Wales. With teams for all ages and abilities, the club is dedicated to developing players and promoting the sport in the local community. Known for its competitive spirit and strong team ethos, Clwb Hoci Emlyn plays in regional leagues and welcomes new members looking to enjoy and grow in the game.

Gwyl Fel Na Mai

Received £200 in June 2024

Gŵyl Fel 'Na Mai is an annual Welsh-language music festival held in Crymych, Pembrokeshire. Since its launch in 2022, the festival has grown significantly, attracting over 1,200 visitors in recent years. It takes place at Frenni Transport in Parc Gwynfryn, featuring a main stage and various activities for all ages.

The festival showcases live performances from well-known Welsh artists and offers activities for children and young people, including workshops, a kids' tent, and an activity bus. Camping and campervan spaces are available for attendees, and tickets can be purchased online.

St Dogmael's Repair Cafe

St Dogmael's Repair Café is a community initiative located in St Dogmael's, Pembrokeshire, where locals can bring broken items, such as household goods, clothing, and electronics, to be repaired for free by skilled volunteers. The café encourages sustainability by helping people repair rather than dispose of their items, reducing waste and promoting a more environmentally conscious community.
