Join our Online Focus Group

Cwm Arian warmly invites you to take part in an online focus group to help us strengthen our understanding and relationship with the Welsh language communities we serve.
We are currently working to improve engagement with the Welsh language across our organisation, with support from CYD Cymru and Locality through the Lottery Community Fund. As part of this work, we want to hear directly from you - your experiences, your views and your ideas.
This session will be presented by experienced external facilitator Gareth Ioan and will provide a welcoming, open space for honest and constructive discussion.

Cleft Gatemaking course

Ever fancied making a proper wooden gate, the traditional way?
This 4-day cleft gate making course is all about slowing down, working with green wood, and learning skills that have been used for generations. You’ll be out in the woods, using hand tools, splitting timber, shaping it, and building a gate from scratch.
No experience needed — just a willingness to have a go, get your hands dirty, and enjoy the process. All tools and materials are provide

Gardening Volunteer Days

Join us for a special event celebrating the Afon Nyfer and the launch of its final Catchment Management Plan. We’ll begin with a 3-mile circular spring walk along the Afon Nyfer and through its catchment, led by Dewi Roberts – “The River Man”.
After the walk, join us at 3pm in the Village Hall for refreshments and the official launch of the final Nyfer Catchment Management Plan, along with updates on where the project is flowing to next.
